Los proyectos para la construcción de los edificios públicos deberán estar hechos con BIM de forma obligatoria a finales de este año en España, para los proyectos de infraestructuras su aplicación será para mediados del próximo año.

 

El BIM es un proceso constructivo que implica la generación y  administración de representaciones digitales de características físicas y funcionales de los diferentes elementos de un proyecto de edificación que pueden ser extraídos e intercambiados para dar soporte a la toma de decisiones en el proceso constructivo.
